Prior Wholesale Mortgage Experience REQUIRED

We are looking for the most talented Account Executives in the industry. To be successful, you need the ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive broker list and you must know how to structure loans. An existing book of business is highly preferred.

Job Duties:

  1. Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Loan Brokers.

  2. Originate and review brokered loans with internal partners to move loan originations from submissions to closed loans.

  3. Communicate with brokers to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions.

  4. Manage a pipeline of loans on a daily basis.

  5. Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.

  6. Ensure compliance & guidelines along with statutory/regulatory requirements while fulfilling continuing education requirements.

  7. Collaborate and innovate to drive continuous improvement.

  8. Handle all situations in a professional and ethical manner.
