Malbelys Gonzalez is an accomplished young leader in Miami’s commercial real estate finance sector. With a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate, Gonzalez chose to follow her passion into the financial sector of the market as a Commercial Account Executive at BGI Capital. A thorough and thoughtful professional, Malbelys is constantly motivated to expand her network as well as explore ways to bring different organizations together.
Gonzalez is involved in the leadership board of CCIM Miami, and is the current president for the FIU Real Estate Alumni Affinity Council (REAAC). Through her motivation and drive, she started on the REAAC Board and worked her way up to her current role. Through the Board, she has organized, managed and led over 50 to 150 attendees to various events affecting the real estate market.
Gonzalez has been called an honest, caring and giving professional by her colleagues. Recently, she successfully organized the FIU REAAC Downtown Miami Bus Tour with little from FIU, only using her contacts and connections.
